92 Ford F150 Starts Then Dies - promocancun
I found a leaking capacitor and a discolored.

When i turn the key it will start right up beautifully then die immediately.
Fuel pressure 50 + and holding.
I plan on replacing it tomorow.

The truck ran fine until a couple weeks ago and then one morning it wouldnt stay runing it started fine and ran for about five seconds.

Im thinkin fuel filter.
But about 30 to 45 seconds of running it dies.
It will start fine, everytime.
Replaced (so far) the fuel pump (was 20psi, now 40psi), fuel filter,.
If its cool out or at night, it seems it would run forever, but temp wasnt any.
I did foolishly replace the pcm after opening it up for visual inspection.
