There are more white people in the southwest areas of the city.

Not to be that guy, but i would hardly call raleigh diverse when it’s mostly well off whites from the north and poor southern black people who are about to get pushed out by gentrification.

I try avoiding craigslist and sometimes look at facebook marketplace but wasn’t sure if something else was good.
