Milwaukee — to help reunite the thousands of pets who go missing each year, the milwaukee area domestic control commission (madacc) launched a new online tool to help owners find their four.
Finding rover is a free social media based app that uses facial recognition to help reunite lost dogs with their owners, and enables people to view stray animals in care at the madacc in milwaukee and whs in racine and ozaukee counties.
Reduce the number of “strays” in shelters and animal control facilities.
