Your experience may have less to do with road scholar but more with the vendors hotels and meal service you.

Roadscholar was fine prior to covid minus the fact that they always say everything is included, but that is not.

Has anyone used road scholar this year.

As mentioned before, you do not have to donate if you dont want.

Webi have been on three road scholar trips (galapagos/peru/macchu picchu, amsterdam/belgium/paris, and new orleans), and each of them was excellent.
